I've used their services 3 times now. Once for our broken bedroom window glass and twice for my husband's car because we needed a windshield and a door glass because it was vandalized. My vehicle was broken into over this past weekend, and I was left feeling utterly overwhelmed and quite frankly very upset. I called nearly every glass mechanic in the area, and alas got a hold of this grand individual, by the name of Reza. I believe thats how they spell it, but alas. I was treated with care and respect, as well as compassion for the situation and he was kind to supply me with a deal given the unfortunate situation at hand. The job was completely in less than an hour and a half, and was done with fabulous accuracy and genuine care to the car. Reza walked me through the process entirely before beginning the job, kept me updated throughout, and went over it again once complete. I am thrilled with the new glass! I am so lucky to meet them. They provide the most timely and professional services. They are very nice and patient.Today is a holiday, a lot of car shops are closed, there are no my window available in shops which are open. But I need to drive to the United States the next day.I can't imagine what I will do without the window. I'm very lucky to find Reza, he helps me find the last window in another store in Surry. And they drive back to my house. they help me clean up the broken glass , install new one, and clean every place inside the car. My English is not good. Honestly this was the best experience I have had with an auto repair company. I called Reza in the evening when my window broken and he came by to clean it all up that night and make sure there was nothing wrong with my window motor as well. he offered to tap up my window until the morning in case of rain etc. The next day he had the replacement window with him and installed it very quickly. My car was vacuumed and clean when he left. Reza himself is awesome as well, very personable and helpful!!! would highly recommend. The fact that they come to you is also very very convenient!!!
